Chamber Scholarship

The Chamber Scholarship has been renamed the "Jon B. Montgomery Memorial Scholarship" in honor and memory of our dear friend and colleague who passed away in 2012.

Mr. Montgomery was very dedicated to the Chamber (and the Visitor Information Center when it was managed by the Chamber), its Appomattox Cheerz fundraisers, and he was a huge advocate for higher education.  Jon's family members graciously accepted this honor on his behalf.  Anyone wishing to make a tax-deductible donation to the Scholarship will receive an acknowledgement from the Chamber and a notification letter will be sent to the Montgomery family members.
