 $200.00 base
plus $.50 per employee

Medical Professionals
*includes all health care providers
{chiropractors, dentists, mental health,
optometrists, physical therapists, physicians, etc.}

 $150.00 base
plus $50.00 per licensed medical provider

Professionals
*includes accountants, insurance agencies,
lawyers, real estate agencies/realtors, tax professionals, veterinarians, etc.
(NOTE:  any profession that requires a license to practice)

 NOTE:  Membership term runs from October 1 through September 30.  All new memberships received after November 1st will be prorated based upon date of membership.  Please contact the Chamber office if you have any questions.
