Appomattox Cheerzsm
Appomattox Cheerz events are held on the third Friday each month
from April through October in downtown Abbitt Memorial Park from 5:30-9pm.
Events include live performances from local bands, adult beverages (beer & wine coolers are available - proper ID required to obtain a beer bracelet and/or beer tickets so please bring your ID), a 50/50 raffle, as well as a local non-profit organization selling drinks, delicious hot food & snacks.
Lawn chairs are always welcome, however, NO coolers or pets please. All children must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised at all times.
NOTE: Schedule is subject to change. RAIN cancels events.

If you are a band interested in performing at a future Cheerz event, please forward your promotional materials, including a demo CD, to the Chamber office for consideration. Please address all materials to the attention of the Appomattox Cheerz Committee.
If your non-profit group is interested in hosting the food concession stand for a future Cheerz event, please download the Cheerz Non-Profit Agreement and forward it to the Chamber either by mail or by fax at 434-352-0294.
